Which Tundra do you have?

Your model year decides the whole answer. Pick it once and we’ll show only the kits that fit, each with its price and a reserve link.

Got a 2004–2006 Tundra, or the 4.0L V6 / 4.6L or 4.7L V8? Magnuson doesn’t build a supercharger for those engines. An OTT ECU and TCU calibration is the power path there, and we do those in-house.

2022+ Tundra i-FORCE · Performance Packs

The 3.4L is already twin-turbocharged, so there’s no blower to add. Magnuson’s tune is worth +85 hp and +85 lb-ft on 91 octane, and each pack stacks cooling and airflow hardware that keeps that power alive under load. Six packs, each one the pack above plus one part.

What the TVS2650 does for the 5.7L

  • 560 hp and 563 lb-ft at the crank, a 47% horsepower jump on just 7 psi, from Eaton's TVS2650 rotor pack, the same twin-vortices architecture behind the 755 hp Corvette ZR1
  • On OTT's dyno, supercharged 5.7L Tundras have gone from roughly 292 to ~450 wheel horsepower with install and calibration
  • Truck-shaped power: instant, low-RPM boost with no turbo lag, exactly where towing and passing happen
  • Everything's in the box: dual air-to-water charge coolers, high-flow fuel pump and injectors, and the handheld tuner with Magnuson's calibration
  • CARB 50-state legal (EO D-488-69) and backed by Magnuson's 3-year/36,000-mile system warranty
  • Flex-fuel trucks get a dedicated system, and the FFV HP Tuners RTD upgrade ($1,299) adds a device, calibration and 8 high-flow injectors for serious E85 power

Already running a TRD or TVS1900 blower?

Magnuson's $5,195 Magnum upgrade system swaps your existing TVS1900-based blower (TRD or Magnuson) to the full TVS2650, reusing your truck's front drive, cooling system and existing tune. It's the 560 hp rotor pack without paying for the whole kit twice. Tuned Yota can verify what's on your truck and handle the changeover.

2022+ Tundra i-FORCE: Performance Packs instead of a blower

The twin-turbo 3.4L doesn't need forced induction added. It needs calibration and cooling headroom. Magnuson's tune is worth +85 hp and +85 lb-ft (91 octane), and each pack stacks hardware that keeps that power alive under load:

Tundra supercharger FAQ

The Magnuson TVS2650 Magnum supercharger system for the 2007–2021 Tundra 5.7L is $8,295 at current Magnuson retail, with the calibration, tuner device, high-flow fuel pump and injectors included in the kit. Installation and OTT calibration are quoted separately by Tuned Yota. For 2022+ i-FORCE Tundras, Magnuson Performance Packs run $1,500–$3,846.

Magnuson rates the TVS2650 system at 560 horsepower and 563 lb-ft at the crank, a gain of +143 hp and +128 lb-ft on 7 psi of boost. On OTT's dyno, supercharged 5.7L Tundras have measured around 450 wheel horsepower versus roughly 292 stock.

Yes. The 5.7L TVS2650 systems carry CARB EO number D-488-69, making them 50-state legal. The 2022+ Performance Packs are emissions-tested and sold in 49 states, with California CARB approval pending.

Every Magnuson system includes a 3-year/36,000-mile limited supercharger system warranty, and eligible vehicles can also receive Magnuson's limited powertrain warranty at no extra cost (registration required). As an authorized dealer, Tuned Yota handles the warranty conversation for you: one shop, no finger-pointing.

The 2022+ Tundra is already twin-turbocharged, so Magnuson offers Performance Packs instead: a tune worth +85 hp/+85 lb-ft ($1,500) that stacks with a cold air kit, charge air cooler, low-temperature radiator, and cat-back exhaust up to $3,846. Tuned Yota sells and supports all of them.

Both. We drop-ship genuine Magnuson kits anywhere in the lower 48 at the same retail price, or you can have Tuned Yota install and calibrate at one of our Upper Midwest events across MN, IA, WI, ND, SD and NE.

In budget order: an OTT ECU/TCU calibration wakes up throttle and shifting on the stock hardware, and intake and exhaust add a little more on top. The big jump is the Magnuson TVS2650 supercharger: 560 horsepower and 563 lb-ft at the crank per Magnuson (+143 hp/+128 lb-ft on 7 psi), around 450 wheel horsepower on OTT's dyno versus roughly 292 stock. Tuned Yota installs and calibrates every step of that ladder in-house.

Kit prices shown are Magnuson advertised retail (MSP) from the current Magnuson price file (July 2026) and are subject to change by the manufacturer. Installation, OTT calibration, and accessories are quoted separately. Dyno results vary with vehicle condition, fuel, and altitude. Tuned Yota is an independent authorized Magnuson dealer and is not affiliated with Toyota Motor Corporation or Lexus.
