Tuned Yota — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tunedyota.com, our services, and our text-messaging program, operated by Tuned Yota ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, booking an appointment, or messaging us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
Tuned Yota provides in-person Toyota & Lexus performance-tuning services as an Authorized OTT (Overland Tailor Tuning) installer, Magnuson Supercharger installation, and Authorized AMSOIL dealer sales, primarily at events across the Upper Midwest. Descriptions, availability, and pricing may change; a booking is a request until we confirm it with you.
Appointments & bookings
- Submitting a booking request through our site does not guarantee a slot; we confirm your appointment by phone, text, or email.
- Please give accurate vehicle information so we prepare the correct calibration and parts.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
SMS / text-messaging program terms
- Program. Tuned Yota sends conversational and transactional text messages (appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and follow-up, replies to your questions, and messages relayed between you and your installer).
- Consent. By providing your mobile number or texting us, you consent to receive these messages at that number, including via automated systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at info@tunedyota.com or (612) 406-7117.
- Privacy. We do not share your mobile opt-in data or messaging consent with any third party for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Tuning, warranty & vehicle-use disclaimer
Performance calibrations and modifications change how a vehicle operates. Important limitations, warranty, and emissions-compliance information are described in our Tune, Warranty & Emissions Legality notice, which is incorporated into these Terms. You are responsible for operating your vehicle lawfully and for any use restricted to closed-course or off-road as noted for a given product.
AMSOIL orders
AMSOIL products are sold and fulfilled by AMSOIL through our dealer referral link. Those purchases are subject to AMSOIL's own terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies, and are completed on AMSOIL's website.
Intellectual property
The Tuned Yota name, logo, site content, and materials are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. Toyota, Lexus, AMSOIL, Magnuson, and OTT names are the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our website and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuned Yota is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Fluid capacities, specifications, and vehicle information shown on our site are provided as a convenience — always confirm against your vehicle's owner's manual or with us before service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
