Here's a real Dynojet pull on the GX's 4.6L V8 — stock versus the OTT tune. This is a naturally-aspirated calibration, so peak horsepower only nudges up (~211 → ~220 whp), and that's the point: the OTT tune is drivability-first. It adds about 8 lb-ft of peak torque (258.76 → 266.83 lb-ft) and, more importantly, lifts the whole curve through the midrange where a heavy GX actually drives, climbs, and tows — the OTT line sits above stock from just off idle all the way to redline. On the older 4.7L V8 GX470 we see the same character on its own pull: a bigger midrange torque fill (~234 → ~247 lb-ft peak) with horsepower up about 9 (~183 → ~192 whp). Results vary by build, fuel, and mods.
